The Separate results page view allows for searching with a global search form. The results render on a separate page after the user submits the search by pressing the enter or return key.

Unlike the Widget view, the Separate results page view has the option to set up search filters that help visitors narrow down the results and discover products from your webstore.

In addition, the Separate results page view comes with a host of advanced settings you can enable to enhance the search experience. You can find these settings in the dashboard:

You can use a Widget or Separate results page view or a combination of the Widget and Separate results page views.

  • To use only the Separate results page view, deactivate the Widget view and activate the Separate results page view from the dashboard.
  • To use both search views, activate the Widget and Separate the results page view from the dashboard.

After toggling the activation options, click the Save settings button to save the changes.
