We are now looking for driven SDRs / Enterprise Sales Executives to be part of the sales team based in Helsinki, Finland. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you are an energetic person who is not shy to speak up and able to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done. You must be comfortable with outbound sales, while you will also get inbound sales leads.
- Drive B2B sales in global markets, focusing on specific sectors or customer categories.
- Outbound enterprise sales directly to customers and via digital agency partnerships.
- In addition to outbound sales, you will have a lead generation machine behind you providing inbound leads.
- Responding to email and phone inquiries from potential clients with answers to their detailed product questions and operational needs. Collecting and analyzing customer requirements.
- Presenting information and delivering product demonstrations to new prospects.
- Creating written business proposals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sales contracts and closing sales.
- Maintaining a necessary high-level technical understanding of our SaaS software products.

What We Are Looking For
- Someone who is driven, energetic and wants to be part of a fast scale-up
- Minimum 3-5 year experience and success in direct SaaS sales to enterprise customers, utilizing a CRM solution for effective pipeline management
- Some experience in sales via partners/agencies
- A certain level of flexibility needed to be able to work with customers that are located across timezones
- Preferably with experience following a known sales methodology
- Native or fluent English + we really appreciate fluency in another major European language
- Must have the necessary authorization to live and work in Finland (no relocation package available)
