As visitors type, AddSearch suggests matching queries and content in real time from indexed content, popular past searches, and manually curated entries. Reduces zero-result searches by steering users toward terms with results before they finish typing.

Typo Tolerance & Fuzzy Matching

Handles misspellings and character transpositions automatically. Degree of fuzzy matching is configurable - tighter for short queries (to avoid false positives), more permissive for longer queries.

Auto Synonyms (AI-Powered, OpenAI)

AddSearch's Auto Synonyms feature uses OpenAI's language models to automatically discover and suggest synonym pairs based on the site's content and query patterns. Crawler-Based Indexing

API-Based Indexing

For dynamic content, custom data sources, or complex data structures, AddSearch's Indexing API lets customers push records to the index in real time whenever content changes. Federated Search

Combines content from multiple websites, CMSs, and platforms into a single unified search index. A blog on WordPress, service pages on a headless CMS, and documentation on a separate domain are all searchable from one search interface. Each source can be weighted differently in ranking.
